Gem Plastics Ltd. (Ireland)
Gem Plastics manufacture blow-moulded polyethylene containers for the packaging industry. They produce PE containers with capacities of 5-30L and a full range of L-ring, Open Top and Tight Head drums. Products conform to U.N. test requirements for the transport of hazardous goods. Gem Plastics Ltd. was founded in 1928 (evolved from the oil company established in 1962), and is accredited to International Quality System Management Standard EN ISO 9002 for the production of blow moulded PE containers. Gem's new generation of drums are innovative and are developed to serve the chemical, agrichemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. The containers offer excellent resistance to chemicals, high impact strength and stackability.

Permali Gloucester Ltd. (UK)
Permali Gloucester Ltd. was founded in 1937 and is a world leader in the manufacture of composite materials for the aerospace, defence, rail, marine and medical markets. Products include Permaglass laminated composites, sandwich panels, filament wound tubes, foams, and also components and assemblies manufactured using these materials. Whilst providing the traditional benefits of composites such as high strength to weight ratio, corrosion resistance and RF/magnetic transparency, Permali Gloucester also specialise in high specification materials offering: superb fire resistance with low smoke and toxic fume emissions, ballistic properties for armour applications, high surface tracking resistance for high voltage applications and low thermal conductivity for insulating applications. Permali Gloucester Ltd. is approved to ISO9001 for the design and manufacture of composite materials, and by the UK Civil Aviation Authority to BCAR chapters A8-2 and A8-6 for the manufacture and testing of laminate and foam materials and parts.

DOMO Polymer Ghent (Belgium)
DOMO is a Belgian company with headquarters at Oudenaarde, with main activities in the floor-covering industry for a large range of products: vinyl, structured fibres, tufted and woven wall to wall carpets, rugs, mats, tiles, synthetic grass and automotive, both for the residential and object markets. Additionally, DOMO produces caprolactam, polymers, organic chemicals, fertilizers, fibres and yarns. Domo Polymers at Ghent manufacture nylon 6 which is converted by Domo Fibres to nylon yarn, and then made by three more group companies into carpets. The Domo group also has production facilities for nylon 66 granules and polypropylene fibres including advanced polymerisation reactions and state-of-the-art testing equipment. DOMO® produces both Polyamide 6 and Polyamide 6.6 for special applications under the brand name DOMAMID®.

DOMO®'s own experience in yarn production leads to development of high stabilized Polyamide - HS types - especially for production of textile yarns in high speed spinning processes.
